WiFi
The Library’s public internet service is freely provided by Comcast. The free public WiFi is encrypted, offering extra security for our community and guests. Logon from inside the building or from the front garden by connecting to MBTSLibraryWifi using password library1887. Encrypted networks offer another layer of security but they are not a replacement for safe internet use. Computer Services
Click here for the Library’s computer policies. The Library has three available desktop workstations and four laptops available complete with internet access, Microsoft Office Suite and printing capabilities to use anywhere within the library. You must have a Manchester library card in good standing to check out a laptop. Time is limited to one hour on both workstations and laptops unless no one is waiting. Staff is available to help with these services but cannot do a project for the public.
Printing
Printing is available from the library’s desktops, laptops and personal devices like a cell phone, tablet or personal laptop. The cost is 25 cents per page for B&W or Color. The library can only accept small bills and change.
Faxing
Faxing is available, outbound only. The cost is 1 dollar for up to 5 pages.
Scanning
Scanning to an email is available free of charge.
