The Manchester-by-the-Sea Public Library will welcome mystery and suspense writers Hallie Ephron and Linda Barnes for an author talk on Monday, May 13th at 6:30 PM. Linda Barnes is an award winning author of sixteen novels, twelve featuring redheaded Boston private investigator, Carlotta Carlyle. Her newest book, “The Perfect Ghost” will be coming out in April. Hallie Ephron is the author of multiple suspense novels; including an Edgar Award-nominated book about writing and selling mystery novels called “How to Knock ‘Em Dead with Style”. She is also is an award-winning book reviewer for the Boston Globe. You will be able to purchase signed copies of their books at this reading.
