November 16, 2019
On Saturday, November 16th at 11 AM teens and adults are welcome to join chocolatier Kim Larkin at the Manchester Library for her Klassic Kreations Perky Pairing program where you can learn how to make chocolate and discover why it’s such a great combination with coffee! Kim’s program will cover the interesting history and benefits of coffee and where it hails from, in addition to some interactive trivia and exploring the chocolate making production. Participants will also get to make and take home their own treats! There will be a demonstration of a commercial chocolate tempering machine and several workstations where different types of melted chocolate will be available to try out a selection of chocolatier techniques. Please register as space is limited. Call 978-526-7711 or email email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org. Kim’s visit is supported by a grant from the Manchester Cultural Council, a local agency which is supported by the Massachusetts Cultural Council, a state agency.
