While core services of the Manchester Public Library are tax-based, there is always need to supplement the Library’s income in its mission of serving the community, and gifts to the Library enjoy the same favorable tax treatment as donations to charitable organizations. All donations, whether to the Library, the Foundation, or the Friends, are tax deductible.

Gifts – The Library’s budget is significantly supplemented by donations.
