Manchester-by-the-Sea Declared a State-of Emergency

The Manchester Board of Selectmen and the Manchester Board of Health have declared a State of Emergency in Manchester-by-the-Sea on Monday, March 23rd 2020 due to the ongoing impact COVID-19.

This official declaration will allow essential resources to be expedited when necessary. A critical step to prepare for, respond to, and mitigate the spread of COVID-19 to protect the health and welfare of the people of Manchester.
